Profile Description

I am currently working as a full time employee at one of the BPO Industry for 6 years. When I joined my company, I only cater inbound calls in which we assist the customer about there general, billing and technical concerns. After a couple of years I was endorsed to a new LOB wherein we still cater those things mentioned above but with additional skill for retaining our customers. After couple of months I d ---------- to transfer to a different LOB again with the same project but this time it’s already assisting the customer through chats. I still do caters those skill above but the difference is I am now communicating our customers via chat. After another year I am now endorsed to a different LOB in which we will cater internet and mobile services already.
Those experience help me mold my skills by doing some trainings to enhance everything that I learned from day 1 when starting this job. I can work under pressure, I am very hardworking (can render OT’s), flexible, can work with less supervision and will do the best that I can to deliver excellent service.
