As a CPA, MBA, Certified Bookkeeper, Registered Cost Accountant and Certified Accounting Technician, I am skilled with all fields of accounting, bookkeeping and knowledge in Australian and Philippine Taxation. My most recent experience is working with Australian clients. Listed below are those tasks that I did for them:

1. Administering Payroll
- adding and terminating employee;
- processing superannuation (in xero and manually);
- checking accuracy of timesheet;
-entering employees' leave, bonus, commission, and etc.
-making adjustments if there is any;
-posting the payroll;
-generating payroll reports;
-sending payslips to employees;
-sending reports to clients for their bank processing;

2. Accounts Receivable Transactions Processing
- billing customer;
- raising customer invoices;
- generating AR details report

3. Accounts Payable Transactions Processing
- checking invoices received;
- recording bills from suppliers;
- checking due date of bills;
- paying bills according to due date through batch payments;
- reminding client before due date or planned date

4. Bank or Credit Card Reconciliation

5. Preparation of BAS, IAS and ITR;
- checking transactions if recorded properly (with GST, GST Free or BAS excluded);
- matching balances with financial statements;
- request for information to be included in ITR;
- knowledge on ITR deductions as per ATO

6. Generation of reports
- weekly, monthly and annual reports;
- generation of financial statements; payroll reports, employee reports, and etc.
- financial statement analysis

7. Company Set Up
- set up of a new company;
- set up employees;
- set up of bank accounts
- set up of the chart of accounts

8. Other Ad Hoc Jobs
- recording and posting of manual journals;
- preparing depreciation table;
- preparing workpaper for hire purchase;
-  CFO work;
- any more jobs assigned by client;

I am also familiar with a lot of software like Xero, Hubdoc, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Xero Practice Manager, Asana, Trello, MYOB, QBO and MS Office.
