Profile Description

I became a service crew in the one of the leading fast food chain in the Philippines while taking my study in College. I took up a course from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and studied Bachelor in Transportation Management. When I was graduated, I became part of the Value Added Service Provider company, dealing with the concerns of the clients regarding on their cargo shipments for 1 year. After that, I applied as an evaluator to the company handling the English exams of the Japanese students for less than a month since that is only for project based job. Later, I applied in the BPO company and luckily I became a Customer Service Associate, answering phone calls about the health insurance of the Americans and also people living in the USA for almost 9 months.
