Profile Description

I've been working in the customer service industry for 10 years now. I started out taking calls from Australian and American customers in an online retail market. After 3 years of being in the front line, I got promoted as a Team Lead, as a Coach and as a Performance Development Supervisor.
As a Team Lead, my role was to make sure that the team has the support they need while taking contacts. Support such as making sure that tools are all properly working, knowledge gaps are addressed and escalations are taken timely.
As a Coach, my role was to make sure that the team's performance is meeting or exceeding our target. I do this by evaluating their contacts, checking their performance standing, analyzing the gap on behavior and coaching for development.
As a Performance Development Supervisor, my role is to make sure that the coaches are able to manage their team's performance effectively.
