Profile Description

I've been a Customer Service Expert and a Sales Specialist since 2018. I worked in a Call Center(on-site) set up for almost three years and worked from home for almost 2 years.
In my previous role as a customer service representative, I had extensive experience interacting with customers and addressing their needs. I was responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. I learned to be patient, empathetic, and attentive to customer's concerns, ensuring they felt valued and heard. By actively listening to their feedback, I was able to improve my service skills and contribute to a positive customer experience.
In terms of motivations, I genuinely enjoy helping people and providing exceptional service. Being able to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and assist in their purchasing decisions gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I thrive on the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers' experiences and ensure their needs are met.
