Hey, this is Francis John A. Matampac, and I've been a VA for 3 years now. I do cold-calling diligently for Real Estate investor agents or brokers.
Basically, I call high volume calls with the homeowners using a power dialer such as MOJO and CALLTOOLS.
I pre-qualify the homeowner for every client that we have on specific information that needs to gather. I work hand to hand with my manager to follow the leads we took in that week. I do appointment selling too.. it's very easy, especially if the homes owners are motivated to sell their properties.
I've been doing cold calling with my team, and this is something that I love to do up until today.
