I have two years of customer service experience and with those two years, I have gained outstanding knowledge on how to handle each situation in a timely and efficient manner. I have handled email, chat, and phone support. I have also been in the Leasing industry for a year and it taught me how to negotiate and handle clients that have high demands in the industry, along with that I am also a Property Manager in a high-end subdivision. I had intensive training with regard to Real Estate Investing - lead generation, skip tracing, drip campaigns, website creation, and social media management. I would like to expand my services in connection with those experiences as a virtual assistant. I am loyal to each job and would always give my hundred percent effort to meet clients' expectations.
