I'm fully equipped with in-depth knowledge, training, and experience on how to manage and implement effective strategies for your Amazon business.

Furthermore, I have 6 years of work experience in a wholesale company in the Philippines so I have a strong foundation already.

Here's what I can bring to the table:
1. Product Research/Analysis - I can do manual, reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, and category filtering methods of product research. I'm using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Smart Scout, Keepa, Revseller, AZInsight, Scan Unlimited, SellerAmp, Amazon DS Quick View, and OS Stocks Addon in conducting in-depth product and competitor analysis.

The product criteria that you will provide will be my reference in finding potentially profitable products. The key is to find the products that are already selling profitably that need an additional competitive seller with a starting of 15% and above profit margin.

2. Supplier Sourcing - is a numbers game. The more suppliers you reach out the more chances that you will find good and quality suppliers. I can help you in contacting and opening wholesale accounts with brand owners, distributors, and wholesalers and obtain their respective catalogs and price list. I can cross-reference/analyze the pricelist to Amazon manually and automate using Scan Unlimited and or Smart scout and provide you with a summary of potentially profitable products in reference to your product criteria. I can also help you fill out the supplier's wholesale application form.  It is vital to apply the winning supplier negotiation strategy in opening a wholesale account, better pricing, and a long-term business relationship. Furthermore, I have more than 2 years of work experience as an Amazon Wholesale Specialist and 6 years of work experience in a wholesale company in the Philippines wherein I work hand in hand with our partner local and international suppliers.

3. Brand Ungating -  I can help you apply for brand selling applications in seller central. I can research for legit retail sites that will allow 10 units purchased in 1 itemized invoice. Just a reminder, I can't 100% guarantee the approval because it will depend on Amazon's decision but I can utilize proven strategies to have a higher chance of approval. 

4. Product Listing - is easy as 123 in the wholesale business model. I can help you list products in seller central. 

5. Shipping Plan Creation- Creating an accurate shipping plan is one of the keys to a stress-free shipment. We all want to send our inventory to the Amazon fulfillment center in a well-ordered manner. I can help you with the shipping plan creation, FNSKU, shipping box, pallet labels as well as bill of lading considering Amazon packing and prep requirements and monitoring the shipment up to the units received. I can also help you to book a shipment using a non-amazon partnered carrier like UPS in case the product is hazmat. 

6. Order & Inventory Management - I can help you place and communicate purchase orders from the suppliers. Monitor the orders and provide you with a list of products that are selling well and need replenishment. It is very important that we have enough inventory to continuously win the buy box. I can also help you with the coordination of communication
between your prep center or warehouse department to guarantee smooth and
well-organized operations
7. Amazon Seller Central Account Maintenance -
I can help you keep your ASC account healthy and avoid account deactivation. I can also help you with seller central case management in the event you have missing items from inbound, shipment discrepancies, negative feedback removal requests, lost inbound shipments, check and fix listing problems, request customer reviews, counterfeit claims, and answer/manage buyer messages in a timely manner.
