Profile Description

I have an extensive experience with the world renowned Accor Hotels brand. I spent years using and having comprehensive training in Oracle Opera Property Management System. I appreciated being knowledgeable on the application as I gained leadership positions in the industry. 

I managed my own store on local E-commerce platforms, I ran ads on social media platforms and I did the creatives too. I challenged myself and have just finished my consulting job as a remote Client Onboarding Specialist in an esteemed SAAS start-up company in the USA. 

I am constantly assisting and handling requests and concerns through emails, reports and creating proper descriptions. I did excel in the systems of these businesses. I gained not only the management and my colleagues’ trust but also the clients because of my resiliency and inquisitiveness.
