I have 3 years of experience in doing administrative work. I worked in an environmental consultant/ ISO consultant/ ISO auditing company. I have strong written and oral communication skills. At my previous job I talked with more than 50 clients per day, monitored over 150 client files given to sales executives on a monthly basis, filled up prequalification forms and provided a set of documents required by the client, updated the client database, approved proposals and prices, prepared contracts, answered queries, handled complaints /escalations and sending large numbers of email to clients and dealt other office matters.
I worked in the United Arab Emirates for 6 years and English has been the language I use to communicate with people especially with clients over the phone.
I have learned this in my virtual assistant training;
I have 3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Getting projects over the phones, make the clients trust that we can deliver the project even without meeting them in person. Communicating and following up with our clients thru email. Guide them with the process and send them the checklist.
I have learned this from my personal and virtual assistant experience. I am confident I can do it and being a fresher would not b a problem. I am willing to learn in a span of 2-3 days.
