I am an expert in customer service both in voice and non-voice field for 4 years and acquired experience in recruitment industry as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I have almost two years experience in the recruitment field. With my experience, I have gained a lot of skills and expertise like phone communication skills, data entry, email and chat support, screening and sourcing candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates.
I am very dedicated and hardworking individual. I am a fast learner and can work under pressure with minimum to no supervision. I can deliver results before due date. I work well in a fast-paced environment and so efficient in utilizing all available resources to get the job done and exceed expectations.
