I have hands-on experience working in a real estate company where I made outbound calls to potential clients to determine if they were interested in selling their properties or scheduling a free market analysis. Since last year, I have been actively engaged in lead generation and appointment setting within the real estate industry.

I am also familiar with tools such as Mojo and Podio, which I have used regularly for managing and tracking leads during calling campaigns. I am confident that my experience in these platforms will allow me to adapt quickly to your systems and contribute effectively from the start.

In addition, I have experience managing Facebook pages for my online business, where I sell imported products from Thailand. I also operate a store on Shopee, one of the largest online marketplaces in the Philippines, which I personally manage. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation.

I am proficient in using Canva for designing marketing materials such as flyers, business cards, and social media posts. I also have strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, which I have applied in email correspondence, customer follow-ups, inbound and outbound calls, and appointment setting for services such as internet, security, and mobility providers.

Furthermore, I am highly computer-literate and have developed strong organizational and multitasking skills through managing customer interactions and business operations. I have consistently demonstrated diligence, reliability, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines throughout my academic and professional experiences.

It has always been my long-term goal to build a career as a virtual assistant, and I am confident that my background in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, and online business management makes me a strong fit for this role.
