Profile Description

 I have worked in the BPO for more than 3 years and have virtually assisted a variety of clients. Working independently and taking initiative when necessary are traits that I have sharpened as a Virtual Assistant. I am confident I would be a great addition to your team. Experienced as a technical support for over a year while doing customer service.
I provided sales and administrative support using excel, google sheet and Powerpoint to a 15-member executive team from one of the retailers of home and lifestyle products for consumer and commercial customers in Australia and New Zealand using the e-commerce software for marketplace and communicating via zoom and email using tools Trello, Shopify, Mirakl. Time management and organization skills have allowed me to take on several clients and meet time-sensitive deadlines with high-quality work. I am the person who is right for the job and who has the right personality and skills. I can work with time zones and flexibility. I am available to render overtime at any time.
