Profile Description

My extensive experience as a customer service allowed me to engage in various businesses and industries such as Real Estate, Telecommunications, and Travel. I am also an online ESL Tutor which helped me broaden my experience in interacting with different cultures and diverse personalities.
During my work experience I have been promoted several times as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) as well as a Product Trainer. This allowed me to learn how to do Administrative tasks, such as sending emails, tallying scores thru Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application. I also helped in creating trackers for my fellow agents to monitor productivity. I am also very active in office activities and was part of the Company Engagement Team which is in charge of formulating ideas for agents, organizing events to keep employees involved, etc.
My experience as an effective customer service specialist is challenging but extremely fulfilling in terms of professional and wholistic growth. I have always pursued excellence in communication, because communication is one of the foundations of effective and exceptional customer service.
