I am proficient with Microsoft Office and data encoding. I have almost 5 years of call center experience. I first started as a Technical Support Representative for Gateway Computers, then became a Microsoft Licensing Specialist for Ingram Micro then later on promoted as a Team Leader for Strategic Sales. I have dealt with customer inquiries via email and phone. I also had experience with data entry/ order entry for the following processes: EDI, XML, FAX and voice. My last call center job was with Convergys, though my stay there was short, I have gained many knowledge with Telco support.
