Hi! I am a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with experience in operations management, customer service, administrative support, and Xero bookkeeping support.

I have several years of experience handling fast-paced operations, workforce coordination, employee training, customer relations, scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks. I also worked as a customer service representative for US-based healthcare and entertainment accounts handling billing inquiries, payments, troubleshooting, and customer concerns.

Recently, I completed a remote bookkeeping internship using Xero where I gained hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance. I am also Xero Professional and Associate certified.
