I have more than 9 years of practice on several building types such as, commercial & retail, corporate planning, residential master planning, hospitality, & etc., where I honed my abilities in effectively interacting with contractors and clients and project management abilities. My critical thinking, people-centric nature, and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent planning skills. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in excellent design skills, vast construction knowledge, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a valuable asset throughout my career.

I have wide arrays of technical skills including 2d and 3d drafting, Architectural Visualization, interior designing, production of Specifications, materials, FF & E, and many more. I use AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup Vray, Lumion as my primary set of software.
