Profile Description

A seasoned Leader in the BPO industry for 14 years and functioned as an Operations Manager for 9.5 years, delivering customer service excellence and hitting client specific goals. Helping the business gain revenue by coaching/developing people to hit client and company metrics, good communication from management down to agent level, collaborating with cross functional teams like QA, Workforce, Training team, admin team, HR/recruitment and most especially clients to ensure alignment with processes. I was also hired as Executive Assistant with proficiency in email, calendar, travel management, communication  liaison, research, personal assistant and maintains confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information related to the executive and the organization.
