I am a dedicated person with over (10)  years of experience in the BPO industry and a Freelancer as a Collection Specialist for a car dealership company, a real estate Virtual Assistant, an Appointment setter, a Telemarketer, and a Customer Service Voice and Chat Support for Shopify, Crypto, Insurance and Car dealerships. Sales representative and a virtual assistant. I am well trained in handling inbound and outbound calls. I took up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Communicates with customers in a clear, easy-to-understand way to solve the problem. Be able to identify the customers' feelings and be able to communicate accordingly. I am detail-oriented and a fast learner. I was dedicated to the job when I started it.
