* Can handle customer inquiries, issues and complaints and provide them answers, resolutions and tailor fit solutions if necessary. I aim for first contact resolution and utilize all means available to ensure efficiency and maintain good relations to customers.
** Provides support to clients/employees to ensure operations works efficiently. Can do back office and/or administrative tasks and ensure data integrity. I can also create reports with analysis and provide recommendations.
