Instead of calling me Upgrade to see actual info, you can call me by
Ken.  As this has been what my friends
and colleagues call me since then.
I love watching animes and play mobile games. I am very
much inclined to arts specifically, drawing, sketching, and painting. I also am
a father of one kid who got my interest with animes and art.
For my education, I took Bachelor of Science in
Architecture in University of San Carlos here in Cebu Philippines.
For my work experience, I started as a technical support
representative and was assisting customers who were having issues with their
internet connection and email problems. After a few years, I upgraded and went
up as a level 2 representative. Eventually I became a team manager and has been
supporting USA, North America, and Australian companies since 2015. For the past years, I have been a client
facing team manager, in which, aside from maintaining the team’s
performance, I also cater the demands
of our clients like generating reports and presenting business reviews
to them. Lastly, I also cater process
improvement projects in which I create process flows and present it to the clients for their approval.
The skills that I can share and bring to the table are my
strong customer service skills, email and calendar management, team management and
with data analysis.
With these skills, I can surely provide better support
not just to my peers or my colleagues but at the same time with my customers or
clients in the future.
