I'm an Assistant Manager for more than 5 years handling a group of people who do collection with the insurance companies in the US. Part of my daily tasks is to analyze data, generate and create report, trending analysis, coach my direct reports etc.
My most recent job was a Customer Service Manager handling a team lead and agents for an e-Commerce Business.
My passion is also anything related or has to do with arts. I apply my creativity in making sure that my people are engaged not just with their task but to also have fun while at work. I conduct monthly engagement. I also do digital arts as may pastime.
I graduated in college in 2008 with an IT course and had my 2nd course and to be finished this June 2021 with Business administration Major in Operations Management.
During my free time, I always do my own research in learning new things. I enrolled myself in 2019 to be trained for Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and was also part of ISO 9001 Champions who's making sure that all documents in my current program are aligned to what we are doing.
