I worked in the service center of Lufthansa Airlines for months. As a passenger consultant, I was responsible in booking, rebooking and cancelling their tickets, or providing other options, depending on their request.
I was also responsible for collecting form of payments, handling unforeseen problems and complaints, and determining eligibility for money returns.
I am passionate about traveling and enjoy helping our passengers get to their destination by primarily booking their itinerary.

As a QuickBooks Online Expert, I have spent a year and a half working with clients of QuickBooks on a daily basis as client support to provide them help with general processes and financial recording using the software. I am comfortable working independently with clients to help them navigate the software and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. I also used to be a trainer for Intuit QuickBooks Online for seven months. I have experience with onboarding, soft skills training, and technical training. I am comfortable working with individuals or groups, in-person or virtually, and have experience adapting my training style to meet the needs of different audiences. In addition to my QuickBooks expertise, I have several years of experience working in call centers. I have developed strong communication and customer service skills through my interactions with customers on a daily basis. I understand the importance of listening carefully to customers' needs and concerns and providing efficient and effective solutions. Through these experiences, I was able to expose myself to using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. In addition, our primary tool was SFDC which I am familiar with navigating.
