Profile Description

As a bid manager, I manage the end-to-end process of creating and submitting bids and proposals for LED lighting projects, from sourcing opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals. I have been working for a US company for almost 2.5 years, and I have successfully secured multiple large and complex projects for the company, exceeding their revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
I have also been promoted to the position of PH team manager, where I lead and mentor a team of virtual assistants who support the company's operations and administration. I leverage my expertise in office administration and client relations to ensure the quality and efficiency of our services and to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge with the company, and I am excited to contribute to their vision of creating world-class partnerships in the lighting industry by delivering the best experiences.
 I have 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant  and willing to provide day-to-day assistance to the company's operations. My extensive experience in administrative, clerical, secretarial, and office management concepts will be very helpful in performing my functions effectively.
