Before I entered the Insurance and Real Estate industries, I was a Customer Service Representative and a Customer Support Associate for the two biggest call center companies in the city. I experienced chat and email support and inbound and outbound calls. Providing great customer service experience to my clients is my forte.

I'm a great fit for the job as I am proficient in communication skills, technically skilled, detail-oriented, hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving goals. I have done all previous work with 100% client satisfaction. I have a positive outlook and learning mindset even in the face of rejection, setbacks, or challenges, and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. 

I have the ability to close a sale because of my experience in the Insurance and Real Estate industries. I can communicate well with my clients and use modern technologies because of my Call Center experience.
