Profile Description

Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Prospect new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources to potentially schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialist
Managed lead database on a day-to-day basis.
Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set.

Telemarketer:
Place outbound calls for companies to generate leads and set appointments, also conduct surveys
Industries worked on: finance insurance, security
Introduce the products and services and show how they can benefit from such.

Quality Assurance Officer:
Listen to call recordings, review and grade the calls
Create reports
Provides feedback and training to callers reviewed
Formulate new tasks and exercises to further improve agents’ call quality

Sales Development Representative
Take charge of Inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers from the database and provide continual input to the sales and marketing organizations in order to refine positioning and adapt to new market opportunities.
Disseminate information gathered from the client through email, phone conversation, and instant messaging to the team and other persons involved. Runs and creates reports, summaries, and breakdown of team statistics.
