I have a typing speed of 40 to 50 wpm. I am very detail-oriented and can work under minimum supervision. I know how to pay attention to the details and I can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects. It shouldn’t be something i need to work at. I have developed different skills necessary for someone to be successful in a BPO/Contact Center Industry using my analytic,multi-tasking skills coupled with knowledge in the investigation of fraud. My core competency lies in assisting customers with technical issues over the phone or through email and chat support accompanied with a warm and friendly manner of conversation resulting in a great experience. I am currently looking for a position in an environment that offers a greater challenge, increased benefits for my family, and the opportunity to help the company advance efficiently and productively.
