I worked for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support as well
from various BPO
companies. I have gained experiences from my previous jobs also I have developed a lot of positive attitudes like working with different people, learn new skills, face mew challenges. I have a typing speed of 40 to 50 wpm. I am very detail-oriented and can work under minimum supervision. I know how to pay attention to the details and I can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects. It shouldn’t be something i need to work at. I have developed different skills necessary for someone to be successful in a BPO/Contact Center Industry using my analytic,multi-tasking skills coupled with knowledge in the investigation of fraud. My core competency lies in assisting customers with technical issues over the phone or through email and chat support accompanied with a warm and friendly manner of conversation resulting in a great experience. I am currently looking for a position in an environment that offers a greater challenge, increased benefits for my family, and the opportunity to help the company advance efficiently and productively. I have a thorough understanding of the products, services, and policies of each organization for which I have worked, allowing me to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

I have converted written materials into dynamic presentations that engage and educate learners using a keen eye for design and a solid grasp of successful visual communication. Using PowerPoint as my primary tool, I have developed comprehensive training materials, incorporating compelling visuals, well-structured slides, and concise yet impactful content. By leveraging the software's features, such as animations, transitions, and multimedia elements, I have enhanced the learning experience, making it more interactive and memorable.
