Profile Description

Virtual Assistant for ShopIdeas_AU since 2019. Shop Ideas was founded in 2019 during the height of the COVID pandemic. The store sources Australian goodies and sends them to customers located in the Philippines. The store location is in Sydney, Australia and social media platform being used is Instagram. As a virtual assistant, I use my strong organizational and time management skills to balance family affairs with work which I do at home. My main responsibility at Shop Ideas is to take care of digital design using photo editing tools such as Canva. I am also a part of the dispatch team ensuring that everything runs smoothly by
coordinating with customers, providing precise logistics for drivers to follow
along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times. I also manage promotions by making sure that maximum customer reach is achieved within the given budget.
