Profile Description

As an outbound sales person, I have developed assertiveness in making a sale, patience in handling irate customers and ofcourse empathy to each customers.
I have strong selling skills and very passionate in closing deals. I always see to it that my customers are always engage in the conversation whenever I sell a certain product. I believe that in the sales industry now, customers are also evolving that's why I have taken few trainings in improving my selling strategies. I have learned that enable for us to keep long term customers, we need to dig deep, analyze the situation by asking open ended questions to involve customers in the conversation, provide recommendations and eventually provide solutions.
I have gained extensive experience in hard selling already because I've been in an outbound sales for the past ten years. I would love to bring my passion in selling to your company.
