Profile Description

I am currently working in an office-based position, but I am looking for opportunities in a remote setup where I can work from home.

My bachelor's degree is in Financial Management, so I have a background in finance. I also have work experience as a Cost Management staff member. In that role, I performed data analysis. I received data from departments such as accounting and production, organized it in Excel, and analyzed the information. After that, I converted the data into reports. I also worked with data related to export and import costs.

In addition, I have experience working as a clerk in a government office. My responsibilities included handling inquiries through phone calls and face-to-face interactions regarding different cases. On average, I handled around 15 to 20 calls per day and checked about 20 to 30 emails daily.

I was also responsible for sending out orders, preparing reports, and monitoring the docket. Every six months, I helped conduct inventory, organized files, and managed data records.

Overall, I have been working in client service for almost five years.
