I am a newbie in the freelancing world but I have been working from home for about a year now. I may not have the specific experience for the job titles mentioned above but I have strong soft and technical skills and experience from my previous jobs.
I would like someday to work from home permanently to have more time with the family and escape the traffic!
I am proficient in using MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio.
I have experience in using Outlook 365,
I am holding a technical position in my present company but admin skills are not new to me. I set appointments with our clients and internally. I am working in an international architecture and engineering company, that's why I have also experienced working with other nationalities and understand the time differences that need to be consider. I have experience working with the Private and Public Sectors.
As a Rail Systems Coordinator in my current job, some experience that I think is relevant to the jobs I'm looking for (VA, AS, DE) are:
- prepare documents and reports
- prepare and circulate minutes of the meetings
- coordinate internally and externally for meeting schedules
