Profile Description

I work in the call center industry for a good year, and handled several accounts, from telco, tech support accounts, sales inbound/outbound, and retention accounts. I also had experience handling teams/agents helping supervisor manage their KPIs and sending EOD to managers and listening to call recordings of agents to do an evaluation and coaching. 

I'm a self-motivated person, I'm a self-starter and that means you don't have to constantly monitor or supervised me moving forward, I am very collaborative with other people, and I'm very good at dealing with customers. I can manage multiple tasks. I'm also very good at working under pressure, I considered myself a high achiever.
