Profile Description

My name is ---------- ---------- . I am a freelancer living in the Philippines.
I’ve worked an as an ESL Teacher and my main responsibility is to prepare course materials and design lessons that cover all aspects of the English language, whether written or verbal. I also keep track of student progress and customize individualized plans for students with special requirements. I am also responsible for creating a positive class environment and encouraging students to reach their learning goals.
Prior to that, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile and a significant chunk of my job entails responding to customer concerns via phone and e-mail. Both verbally and in writing, I have a good command of the English language. Furthermore, I am capable of providing exceptional customer service.
I also have an experience with doing administrative jobs where I was responsible for data entry, filing, calendar scheduling, and email management.
Recently, I've learned about the basics of how to manage a Facebook page. I practiced making ads and scheduling posts. Through Canva, I've also learned basic photo editing, which I know is very essential in creating social media visuals. I am still on the beginner stage, but I am eager to learn more every single day.
I am also proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and as well as Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). I am familiar with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Skype, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, MS Teams, and others. I'm also familiar with productivity tools like Asana. Thanks to my knowledge of these programs, I'll be able to finish whatever task you require quickly and efficiently.
Working part-time or full-time, i.e. 20-40 hours a week, is possible for me. I am also flexible in any time zone. I have a laptop and a solid internet connection, as well as prior time-tracking software experience.
