I have 3 years experience as a technical recruiter. Handled different countries, addressing each customers application for Social Media jobs. Was able to reach my daily target which I have to crowdsource a lot of applicants from different countries. Did the end to end recruiting with minimal supervision and very keen to details. I learned a lot from my previous work which I think made me a better employee. Was able to adapt well with different personalities, developed my persuasive speaking skills. I also didn't have much experience with public speaking, but at my last job, I had to give several group presentations, and as a result, I feel I have become much better at delivering information efficiently.
