Profile Description

My most recent job was a Customer Service Specialist for 1 year and 9 months, and during that time I’ve developed excellent phone manners and an ability to politely handle dissatisfied customers. The duties at my previous company included receiving inbound calls from both sellers and buyers to help them escalate ongoing cases like items not received and returns. I also provide them information on their bills and process refunds. It helped me improve my organizational skills, and taught me how to be team-oriented.
I also worked as a Junior Accountant for 9 months, where I further developed my keen attention to detail. Working there, I was able to reconcile bank and book accounts and assisted clients in their financial reports. I am also assigned to manage their monthly and yearly tax reports, collections and payables.
