Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 4 months. I was trained to have quality English skills (written and orally), multitask, use 10 tools at the same time, write emails professionally, talk to professionals, help people with technical issues, assist more than a 100 customers per day, type in a fast manner , solve even the most complicated issues, provide excellent service every single time and many more.

I have been working with customers from USA and am fluent in English. Working in the customer service world has taught me so much about being organized and responsible, thus, I can assure you quality work.
