I'm very hardworking person and always finished the job before the deadline. I'm flexible, and can do multitasking. I can easily adopt to the environment and always eager to learn new things. I've been in the bpo industry for almost 6 years, and handled multiple LOB's. My first experience was with a Telco account (Sprint) as a customer service representative who handles billing, trouble shooting and customer service. My second bpo experience was with a Telco account (Verizon) as chat customer representative, and I've been with the account for 3 years. My third experience was with a retail account ( clothing brand) handling voice, email, social media, and chat.
