Profile Description

Loves to assist clients and provides the best customer service they deserve to have, especially when they have needs depending on their account concerns. I always acknowledged and empathized with them to provide the best resolution to their problems. I am also good at selling because my first job was to practice suggestive selling in a fast-food chain to gain a lot of sales on a day-to-day basis, host a party, and handle inquiries about the party packages the store offered. I also became a Real Estate agent for a year. Prospecting and doing some frequent cold callings are my main assets. In addition to it, I am also diligent in finding possible clients, may it be online or offline. I am also computer literate and have a good communication skill because I worked as an ESL online teacher aside from being a call center agent for more than a year, therefore I can be an asset to your company because I am willing to learn some new things that I might not know yet, and I am willing to undergo training for me to better function, contribute value and give excellent service in the job position that I will be in.
