Profile Description

Two (2) years experience as a Customer Service and Benefits Associate Representative at my recent company. As a computer science major, I wanted to experience computer-related jobs which are not on par with my old job before as a representative. But I enhanced and learned a lot of skills when I was still working as a customer representative.

Other services that I can offer are:

Web Design - I had a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science that gave me a little bit of experience in web designing and other computer-related stuff, but mostly self-taught.

Virtual Assistant - providing administrative services to clients, mostly Data Entry, Answering Emails, Converting PDF to Word, research and copy and paste. 

Proofreading & Editing - checking of grammar, spelling and punctuation and accuracy.

Mobile Game Tester - beta testing pre-released mobile games.

I am currently a freelancer for proofreading & editing stories, I also provide beta reading.
