-Sort, organize, and respond to emails as appropriate, ensuring that urgent correspondence is promptly addressed and others are filed accordingly.
- Experience using Calltools and Xencall (ReadyMode) Dialer
-Familiarity with CRM (Bitrix) to check day to day tasks as well as follow up leads 
-Coordinated with airlines to stay abreast of flight guidelines and updates
- Handled airline tickets, hotel bookings and tour packages
- Experience in using Sabre (GDS)
- Experience in using Canva for graphic designs and handled social media postings
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve the company goals and projects
