Responsible for a wide range of human resources (HR) tasks, beginning with updating and maintaining employee records, including new hires and changes in employment status. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, keeping track of employee attendance and addressing any queries or issues in a professional manner. 
As part of recruiting responsibilities, I also assesses candidates' backgrounds, conducts preliminary interviews, and guides successful applicants through the onboarding process.  And actively participate in candidate-sourcing efforts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews while utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage open roles. Additionally, the HR professional manages calendars, schedules appointments, and occasionally handles clerical tasks such as drafting offer letters and answering emails. Strategic HR planning is also within my purview. I develop HR department strategies, optimize onboarding procedures, and ensure proper training for new hires. Moreover, I foster a positive work environment, oversee performance appraisal systems, and maintain the pay and benefits program. In terms of decision-making support, the individual reports HR metrics to management. Furthermore, I hold responsibilities related to payroll, attendance monitoring, and team morale management. Overall, I play a pivotal role in various HR functions, from administrative tasks to strategic planning and fostering a productive and positive work environment.
