CUSTOMER SUPPORT: 
- Provides timely resolution to customers’ needs through phone, email and SMS 
- Refund: Initiates refund negotiation to stop/avoid refund through email/phone 
- Reinforces promos and deals. Facilitates order and payment processing 
- Facilitate high-volume outbound calls during live events- i.e: invites, attendance confirmation, guests, sales pitch etc.
