Profile Description

I was with the BPO Industry for more than 7 years. I spent those years providing the best and the highest quality of customer service to each and every client. Each job that I had required excellent english communication skills, great flexibility, unlimited patience and work effort. I am a computer savvy, aside from my work, we do have a specific work streams such as ; I was assigned to do a weekly report for the team performance and update the productivity output were in I need to use Windows Excel , google drive to get the shared data , google slide for the presentation. I also use google calendar app where I can plot my day to day activities. If there are things that needs to be reminded to our team, I send thru gmail or chat thru Slack or if there are important things to be address on, I set up meetings via Zoom app.
My commitment to work and most of all the passion to grow and achieve my personal goals for my family while also helping the company or clients to achieve it's business goals. I can say these are the same strength that will drive me to strive harder as I continue to learn new things.
