-Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner and accurate manner.
-Coordinate with the team to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

-Key monthly or quarterly accounts reconciliations such as VAT, PAYE, accruals and deferred income.
Compliance
-Assist in processing and filing of monthly/quarterly Vat Returns to HMRC via Xero
-Assist in processing and filing Personal Tax Returns using Tax filler and Iris
-Assist in processing and filing of Annual Accounts and Corporation Tax Returns using Xero Tax
-Filing of client’s confirmation statements.
Utilizing Xero
-Utilize Xero accounting software proficiently for bookkeeping, financial reporting and other accounting tasks.
-Maintain and update financial records within the Xero platforms.
Administrative task
-Monitor and manage client’s finance
-Develop and maintain good client relations.
-Meet client and team deadlines
