Profile Description

Hello, My name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info and a graduate of a medical related course to be specific a certified Nursing Aide. I had a year of On The Job Training in Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital. After I graduate, I became a personal caregiver for less than 6 months. I've been a Customer Service Representative for almost 9 years. My work journey was quite challenging but awesome. Every opportunity that was given to me was such a blessing. I had a wonderful customer service experience in a US health insurance and that made me happy to work for almost 7 years. My first 2 years in the BPO industry was dealing with telco customers who have had complaints about their cellular load, promos, troubleshooting, VAS etc. I've enjoyed working with people. I find so fun to encounter people in different walks of life.
