I am a certified Customer Service Specialist and Web Chat Support with over 2 and 8 months experience. I am a BS Degree holder of BS Tourism at De La Salle - Dasmarinas who specializes mainly on Customer Service Satisfaction and directly focuses on discipline, having a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude.
This lead me to Lufthansa Services Philippines Inc., as my first job after graduating. During the time I have been with Lufthansa, I have developed a number of skills that helped me to start from scratch in establishing my career and prepares me to take on challenges for my future ventures.
