In my current position as Data Entry Specialist, my primary responsibilities include:
- Gathering all purchase orders and online orders.
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Entering customer and account data from source documents into Podio within time limits.
- Creating orders into the central CRM (Podio).
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Generating Client Contact/Shipping Information on Podio.
My skills are the following:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
- Knowledgeable in Document Management System, Citrix Podio, MySQL
- Familiar with the programming languages such as HTML, PHP, and CSS
