Profile Description

With 3 years of experience in sales, I’ve developed qualities such as dedication, reliability, flexibility, self-discipline, and goal orientation. Talking about my sales work experience, my first job was with a Bancassurance company, where I worked as a Sales Executive in a B2C setting. My role involved offering life protection products to clients both inside and outside the bank branches. I collaborated closely with bank partners to ensure they fully understood the products we offered and to discuss branch targets and performance metrics.  
My second role was with a pharmaceutical company, where I served as a Business Development Manager in both B2B and B2C capacities. I was assigned to a specific city in the Philippines, managing relationships with doctors from various hospitals and clinics. I maintained strong client relationships by engaging with them through product presentations, company events, seminars, and effective communication, ensuring they prescribed our products to their patients. Additionally, I identified and onboarded potential clients to expand the company’s database and drive sales growth.  
Next, I joined an IT software provider as a Sales Account Manager in a B2B capacity. My responsibilities included identifying potential clients through websites and various platforms, engaging with executives from manufacturing companies across the Philippines. Acting as a consultant, I recommended tailored software solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.  
I also worked for an international real estate company as an Inside Sales Account Manager. I handled both inbound and outbound calls with new prospects and existing customers from the Philippine market and other countries. I delivered exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. I also built a strong rapport with clients, my team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.  
Lastly, my most recent job was with a Pest Control Service Provider as an Outbound Lead Qualifier. I made outbound calls to inbound leads generated from web forms and text messages. I conducted lead qualification and executed warm transfers to the sales team.

In terms of tools and systems, I have experience using CRMs and dialers such as Veeva CRM, Bitrix, CRM4 Dynamics, Genesys Cloud, Saleshub, Podium, FieldRoutes, Ambition Cloud, and 3CX.
