Profile Description

I'm harnessing my project management skills and planning skills in my current Upgrade to see actual infoeting with our international clients from EU/US/CA and some parts of Asia to start a project and monitoring it from end to end. Keen to details must be practiced and open communication is a key to a successful projects.

My skill as an operations supervisor is managing people while hitting the target volume requirement by the customer. We measure our performance through the operational equipment effectiveness (OEE) and line utilization. Submission of reports are done periodically but there are other projects that needs to be done in a timely basis. We improve the processing aspects of the operation and suggests to the top management on how to make our operation efficient.
