Profile Description

As an executive assistant, I have been always been exposed to the different challenges of the organization. Taking that role, it is important for me to stay focused and organized to address every concerns raised. Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, business trips and accommodations, reports and deadlines, employees evaluation, interviews, executive purchases, registrations to conferences, coordination between teams, escalation to the executives and task assignments are some of the skills I manage to keep to maintain efficiency as an Upgrade to see actual info is important to have time management and organizational skills to keep up with this position.
